Explanation of Responses:

1. Pursuant to two Quantum Computing Inc. Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreements (Employee) by and between the reporting person and the Issuer, dated October 4, 2024 (as amended on March 21, 2025) and February 19, 2025, respectively, the reporting person was granted non-qualified stock options to purchase up to 55,000 (the "2024 Stock Options") and 5,600 shares (the "2025 Stock Options"), respectively, of the Company's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at an exercise price of $1.00 and $7.96 per share. The 2024 Stock Options vest annually over three years from July 22, 2024, subject to continued service, and are exercisable until October 4, 2029. The 2025 Stock Options vested immediately and are exercisable until February 19, 2030.
