Consists of 10,341 restricted share units granted on January 18, 2026, with 2,585 vesting on each of January 18, 2027, January 18, 2028, and January 18, 2029, and 2,586 vesting on January 18, 2030. Each restricted share unit represents a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of the Company.

2. Stock options were granted on January 18, 2026, with 4,914 vesting on January 18, 2027, and 4,915 vesting on each of January 18, 2028, January 18, 2029, and January 18, 2030.

3. Represents an exercise price of NIS 160.40, converted to U.S. dollars using the Bank of Israel representative exchange rate of $1.00 to NIS 3.096 as of March 18, 2026.
