Robert Faulkner is a managing director of Redmile Group, LLC ("Redmile"), and was appointed to the Issuer's board of directors as a representative of Redmile. As a result, each of Redmile and Jeremy Green, as principal of Redmile, is a director by deputization for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
