Includes 20,125 Class A Ordinary Shares that are represented by restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted on June 30, 2024, of which 6,708 vest on June 30, 2026, 6,708 vest on June 30, 2027 and 6,709 vest on June 30, 2028. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Class A Ordinary Share of the Issuer upon settlement.
