1. This option vests in equal monthly installments over a three-year period measured from one month following June 8, 2022, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service as of each such vesting date.

2. 100% of the shares subject to the option award shall vest on May 16, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such vesting date.
