1. 25% of the original number of shares subject to the option vested on November 26, 2019, and 1/36th of the remaining number of shares subject to the option have vested and shall vest on a monthly basis thereafter, subject to the Reporting Party's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.

2. 1/48th of the original number of shares subject to the option vested on December 26, 2018 and 1/48th of the original number of shares subject to the option have vested and shall vest on a monthly basis thereafter, subject to the Reporting Party's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.
