Explanation of Responses:

1. The option vested as to 71,849 of the total shares on September 1, 2021. The remaining 40,268 shares vest as to 1/3 of the shares on September 1, 2022, and thereafter 1/12 of the shares vest quarterly until such time as the option is 100% vested, subject to the continuing service of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.

Remarks:

This amended Form 3 is filed to report the employee stock option reflected above, which was inadvertently omitted from the Form 3 filed on September 30, 2021.
