Explanation of Responses:

1. 25% of the shares underlying this option vested and became exercisable on November 23, 2021, with the remainder vesting in thirty-six equal monthly installments thereafter.

2. The Ordinary Shares may be represented by American Depositary Shares, each of which currently represents one Ordinary Share.

3. The Reporting Person disclaims Section 16 beneficial ownership of these securities, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, if any, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for Section 16 or any other purpose.

4. 25% of the shares underlying this option will vest and become exercisable on October 1, 2022, with the remainder vesting in thirty-six equal monthly installments thereafter.
