1. This option to purchase common stock was granted on June 16, 2022 and vested/vests as follows: 40,000 shares on June 16, 2023 and 3,333 shares at the end of each month for 36 months with the first month vesting date being July 31, 2023. Reporting Person must be an employee of the Issuer as of each vesting date. This option expires on December 31, 2031.
