Explanation of Responses:

1. The RSUs vest as to 100% of the total shares underlying the RSUs on February 25, 2026.

2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Common Stock upon settlement.

3. The RSUs vest as to 1/3 of the total shares underlying the RSUs on May 25, 2025 and then 1/3 of the total shares vest quarterly thereafter, subject to the reporting person's provision of service to the issuer on each vesting date.

4. The RSUs vest as to 1/4 of the total shares underlying the RSUs on May 25, 2028 and then 1/4 of the total shares vest quarterly thereafter, subject to the reporting person's provision of service to the issuer on each vesting date.

5. The RSUs vested as to 15% of the total shares underlying the RSUs on February 25, 2025, then 3.75% of the total shares vest on each of the four quarterly vesting dates thereafter, and then 8.75% of the total shares vest quarterly thereafter, subject to the reporting person's provision of service to the issuer on each vesting date.
