Explanation of Responses:

1. Class B Ordinary Shares are convertible into Class A Ordinary Shares at holders' option at any time on a one for one basis. Class A Ordinary Shares are not convertible into Class B Ordinary Shares under any circumstance. Each Class A Ordinary Share entitles to 1 vote and each Class B Ordinary Share entitles to 20 votes.

2. Mr. Yao's beneficial ownership includes (i) 690,000 Class A Ordinary Shares held by Pegasus Technologies Holding Ltd.; (ii) 720,000 Class A Ordinary Shares held by Pegasus Automation Global Ltd.; (iii) 2,250,000 Class A Ordinary Shares held by Enolios Ltd. ("Enolios"); and (iv) 4,560,000 Class B Ordinary Shares held by Pegasus Automation Ltd. All four holding companies are limited liability companies incorporated under the British Virgin Islands laws and controlled by Mr. Wanjun Yao. The person having voting, dispositive or investment powers four entities is Mr. Yao.

3. Aurora International Development Ltd ("Aurora") held 432,000 Class A Ordinary Shares. The holding company is a limited liability company incorporated under the British Virgin Islands laws. The person having voting, dispositive or investment powers over Aurora is Ms. Liling Du, the wife of Mr. Wanjun Yao. Ms. Du is deemed to share with her spouse, Mr. Yao, the power to dispose 432,000 Class A ordinary shares held by Aurora.
