Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 8, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted stock options exercisable for 500,000 shares of common stock. The options vest with respect to 30% of the underlying shares on February 8, 2022 with the remainder to vest in 24 equal monthly installments thereafter.

2. On December 31, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted stock options exercisable for 5,000 shares of common stock. The options vest with respect to 25% of the underlying shares on December 31, 2022 with the remainder to vest in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.

3. On January 14, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted stock options exercisable for 500,000 shares of common stock. The options vest with respect to 30% of the underlying shares on January 31, 2023 with the remainder to vest in 24 equal monthly installments thereafter.
