1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") provides for the right to receive one share of common stock, $0.01 par value per share ("common stock"), of Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc. The RSUs vest on June 30, 2022. Common stock in respect of vested RSUs will be delivered to the reporting person as soon as practicable following the vesting date, and, in any event, within 60 days following such date.
