Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares of Common Stock and options reported herein are directly owned by Generation IM Climate Solutions Fund, L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership (the "Fund"). The general partner of the Fund is Generation IM Climate Solutions GP, Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Generation Investment Management LLP, which is the investment manager of the Fund. In accordance with Instruction 5(b)(iv), the entire amount of shares held by the Fund is reported herein. Each reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that any reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
