The Remarketable Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, Series 2052-A ("Shares") reported in Table I represent Shares of which 1,000 Shares are beneficially owned by Wells Fargo Municipal Capital Strategies, LLC ("Capital Strategies"). Capital Strategies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company ("Wells Fargo").

2. This statement is jointly filed by Wells Fargo and Capital Strategies. Wells Fargo holds an indirect interest in the Shares listed in Table I by virtue of its indirect ownership of its subsidiary, Capital Strategies.

3.
