Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Aichler owned 1,000 shares of common stock of the Company directly after the transactions reported hereunder and 30,000 granted options to acquire common stock at $2.10 per share, among which one-third of these options vested on the first anniversay of the grant date (June 14, 2021), one-third vested on the second anniversary of such grant date (June 14, 2022), the remaining third will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date.
