Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 1, 2021, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 Amendment which inadvertently reported that the Reporting Person owns an aggregate of 71,547 shares of common stock following the transaction reported therein. In fact, the Reporting Person owns an aggregate of 70,714 shares of common stock and a stock option to purchase 833 shares of common stock. The 70,714 total includes: a grant of 50,000 shares of restricted stock that vest proportionately over a three-year period beginning on January 1, 2021, vesting fully on December 31, 2024; a grant of 12,380 shares of restricted stock that vest proportionately over a three-year period beginning on December 31, 2021, fully vesting on December 31, 2023; and 8,334 shares of common stock.

2. The stock option vested proportionately over a three-year period on each quarter-end beginning on June 30, 2019; the stock option fully vested on March 31, 2021.
