Explanation of Responses:

1. Relates to tax liability arising from the vesting of restricted stock units on June 16, 2023. See Remarks.

2. Includes 5,083,317 shares of Class A Common Stock that are subject to the vesting and forfeiture requirements specified in the Business Combination Agreement dated as of December 1, 2021, as previously reported on Mr. Arsov's Form 3 filed on September 26, 2022.

3. Grant of restricted stock units of the Issuer vesting on June 14, 2024.

Remarks:

Due to a clerical error, the original Form 4 reporting the grant of these restricted stock units incorrectly reported the vesting date as November 16, 2023.
