Explanation of Responses:

1. The RSUs vested on June 1, 2023, and September 1, 2023, respectively, however, due to the Restatement of the Company's 2020 and 2021 financial statements, the RSUs settled on September 13, 2023, following the Company's return to compliance with periodic reporting requirements and filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the 2nd Quarter 2023.

2. The forfeiture reported in this row represents restricted stock units that were withheld by the Company solely for the purpose of satisfying tax obligations arising upon the automatic vesting of 33,556 restricted stock units.

3. This includes 212,690 unvested restricted stock units.
