Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment is being filed to correct the transaction details originally reported on the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on May 18, 2021, which reflected a sale rather than a purchase. The transaction details in this filing have been corrected.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $7.30 to $7.40. The reporting person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.
