Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 2, 2023, the reporting person received a grant of 190,909 restricted stock units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class B Common Stock. The RSUs vest in twelve (12) equal quarterly installments beginning on March 31, 2023, and are subject to prorata vesting if a reporting person leaves the Issuer before the end of each quarterly vesting period.
