1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades ranging from $2.50 to $2.55. The price reported above reflects the average weighted purchase price. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

2. Includes (i) 47,691 shares of the issuer's common stock distributed from Crisp 2021 GRAT for CEC to the reporting person on June 9, 2022, (ii) 47,691 shares of the issuer's common stock distributed from Crisp 2021 GRAT for EMC to the reporting person on June 9, 2022 and (iii) 47,961 shares of the issuer's common stock distributed from Crisp 2021 GRAT for LAC to the reporting person on June 9, 2022. Each of Crisp 2021 GRAT for CEC, Crisp 2021 GRAT for EMC and Crisp 2021 GRAT for LAC is a grantor retained annuity trust of which the reporting person is sole beneficiary and sole trustee.
