Explanation of Responses:

1. Constitutes stock award provided to the reporting person pursuant to the Issuer's 2015 Equity Compensation Plan.

2. The reporting person transferred the shares to the Peter Dornau Family, LLC, a Florida limited liability company of which the reporting person, his wife, son, and daughter are members and the reporting person is the sole managing member.

3. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of Issuer common stock held by the Peter Dornau Family, LLC except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
