Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted shares of common stock of the Issuer that have been awarded by Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P. ("Angelo Gordon"), an affiliate of the manager of the Issuer, to the reporting person pursuant to a compensatory plan adopted by Angelo Gordon. The restricted shares will vest ratably in three annual installments beginning on January 31, 2023, subject to continued employment.

SEC Form 4: Durkin Thomas acquired 50,000 shares, increasing direct ownership by 18% to 322,832 units
