Explanation of Responses:

1. The restricted stock grants were 20% vested at grant, with the remaining grants vesting in four equal annual installments beginning on December 20, 2023

2. We have omitted 20,000 shares previously report as being owned by Mr. Eiford indirectly through an IRA. Mr. Eiford did not have any pecuniary interest in those shares.

3. The options were 20% vested at grant, with the remaining options vesting in four equal annual installments beginning on December 20, 2023.

SEC Form 4: Eiford Gregory was granted 50,000 shares, increasing direct ownership by 500% to 60,000 units
