Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents the contingent right to receive, upon vesting of the RSU, one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Represents a grant of RSUs under the Issuer's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. 33% vest on February 16, 2022 with remaining vesting quarterly in equal installments of 1/12 thereafter commencing on April 1, 2022.

3. Represents total number of all RSU's beneficially owned as of 2/16/2021.

4. Represents total number of all stock options beneficially owned as of 2/16/2021.

5. The options vest over a 4 year period, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and an additional 1/48 of the original number of options vesting every month thereafter.
