1. Stock Option Grant to purchase 15,000 shares of common stock, 7,500 of which shall vest on the second anniversary of the grant (2/3/22) and the remaining 7,500 shall vest on the fourth anniversary of the grant (2/3/24).

2. Stock Option Grant to purchase 7,500 shares of common stock, 3,750 of which shall vest on the second anniversary of the grant (11/19/22) and the remaining 3,750 shall vest on the fourth anniversary of the grant (11/19/24).
