Explanation of Responses:

1. 25% of the shares of Class A common stock underlying the Option shall vest on January 9, 2024 and the remainder of the shares of Class A common stock underlying the Option shall vest in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person providing continuous service to the Issuer as of each such date.
