Explanation of Responses:

1. The Class B ordinary shares will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares at the time of the registrant's initial business combination on a one-for-one basis subject to certain adjustments and have no expiration date.

2. Pursuant to a securities assignment agreement, dated as of August 2, 2023, 25,000 Class B ordinary shares of the registrant were assigned by HC Proptech Partners III, LLC (the "Sponsor") to the reporting person for no consideration.

3. The reporting person also has an indirect pecuniary interest in Class B ordinary shares of the registrant through his membership interest in the Sponsor, over which the reporting person does not have voting or dispositive control.
