| 1. In accordance with the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of LAMF Global Ventures Corp. I ("LAMF"), as amended, the Reporting Person elected to convert 20,000 Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis for no consideration. |
| 2. Pursuant to the amendment to the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of LAMF that became effective on May 11, 2023, the Class B ordinary shares held by the Reporting Person became convertible into Class A ordinary shares at any time at the Reporting Person's election on a one-for-one basis. |
