| Explanation of Responses: |
| 1. The Class B ordinary shares were automatically converted into Class A ordinary shares upon the Issuer's business combination with BTG on April 13, 2023 (the "Business Combination"). The Class A ordinary shares were cancelled and, in exchange, the holder(s) thereof was entitled to receive ordinary shares of Bitdeer Technologies Group, an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands ("BTG"), on a one-for-one basis upon the consummation of the Business Combination. |
| 2. Each Right to Acquire Class A Ordinary Shares was cancelled and exchanged for the right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of a BTG ordinary share in the same manner as the Issuer's Class A ordinary shares. |
| 3. The Reporting Person's prior Form 4 filed on June 14, 2021 inadvertently misreported certain holding amounts due to clerical errors. This form 4 hereby corrects those errors and reflects the correct holding information. |
