Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Ubiquiti Inc. common stock.

2. The RSUs will vest as follows: 123 RSUs will vest on July 1, 2026; 122 RSUs will vest on July 1, 2027; 122 RSUs will vest on July 1, 2028; and the remaining 122 RSUs will vest on July 1, 2029. Vested units will be delivered to the reporting person on each vesting date.
