The dividend equivalent rights accrued in respect of the 2024 grant of restricted share units (RSU), and become exercisable proportionately with the restricted share units to which they relate.

The dividend equivalent rights accrued in respect of the 2025 grant of restricted share units (RSU), and become exercisable proportionately with the restricted share units to which they relate.
