Mr. La Rosa's direct ownership of the options was previously reported on Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on March 15, 2024.

2. Represents the non-qualified stock options, that are directly owned by Ms. La Rosa's spouse, Joseph La Rosa, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board of the Issuer. Mr. La Rosa's direct ownership of the options was previously reported on Form 4 filed with the SEC on June 21, 2024.
