1. This option vests in 48 equal monthly installments beginning on February 4, 2024.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of Fusion Pharmaceuticals Inc. for no consideration.

3. The restricted stock units vest in six equal installments on each of July 4, 2024, January 4, 2025, July 4, 2025, January 4, 2026, July 4, 2026 and January 4, 2027.
