Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 2,500 shares acquired on May 15, 2023 and 2,500 shares acquired on November 15, 2023 under the Company's 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

2. The shares subject to this option shall vest and become exercisable in 48 equal monthly installments beginning February 5, 2024, such that this option will be fully exercisable on January 5, 2028. This option is subject to accelerated vesting upon termination without cause upon change of control of the issuer.
