Remarks:

The Reporting Person did not stand for re-election to the board of directors of Sera Prognostics, Inc. at the end of his current term at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 4, 2026. As a result, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of Sera Prognostics, Inc. and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
