1. Each restricted share unit ("RSU") represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer. Reflects a time-based conditional award, as defined in the CRH plc Equity Incentive Plan (the "EIP"), of RSUs of which the full amount will vest in May 2026 (the "Award"). In accordance with the EIP, dividend equivalents will apply to the Award and will be reported at the time of vesting.
