Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares subject to this option shall vest and become exercisable in equal monthly installments over the 12-month period following the date of grant (May 21, 2025), provided that the final installment will occur on the earlier of (i) the date of the next annual meeting of the Company's stockholders or (ii) the first anniversary of the date of grant of such option, subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Company through each vesting date.
