1. On August 9, 2024, the Reporting Person was granted options ("Options") to purchase up to 2,353 shares of the Registrant's common stock pursuant to the Registrant's 2023 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The Options vest in 12 equal monthly installments with the first installment vesting on the date of grant.
