1. One twelfth (1/12th) of the shares subject to the option shall vest in equal monthly installments commencing on June 8, 2025; provided, however, that the option will in any case be fully vested on the date of the Company's next annual meeting of stockholders, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through each such date.
