Explanation of Responses:

1. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one (1) share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement.

2. The RSUs shall vest 100% on the earlier of (i) the date of the next annual meeting of the Company's stockholders and (ii) May 22, 2026.

3. The RSUs shall vest as to 25% of the total shares on each of August 1, 2025, November 1, 2025, February 1, 2026, and May 1, 2026; and if not fully vested, will vest in full on the date of the next annual meeting of the Company's stockholders.
