Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 31, 2025, the Reporting Person was granted 110,122 RSUs pursuant to the Plan. A total of 36,708 RSUs are scheduled to vest on March 31, 2026, a total of 36,707 RSUs are scheduled to vest on March 31, 2027, and a total of 36,707 RSUs are scheduled to vest on March 31, 2028, provided that the Reporting Person continues to provide services to the Issuer through the applicable vesting date. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of Class A common stock.
