1. Stock options granted on July 11, 2023 are contingent on the approval of the Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC") to amend the Daxor Corporation 2020 Incentive Compensation Plan (the "Plan").

2. The stock options will vest in three installments on July 11, 2024 (10,000), July 11, 2025 (10,000) and July 11, 2026 (10,000)
