Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares of restricted stock vest in four equal annual installments, commencing on the one-year anniversary of the grant date, subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Issuer through the applicable vesting dates.

2. Includes: 32,894 shares of unvested restricted stock which vest on June 21, 2024; 3,347 shares of unvested restricted stock which vests on March 11, 2024; and 8,203 shares of unvested restricted stock which vests over four equal annual installments, with three remaining, which began on July 1, 2023. All unvested restricted stock is subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Issuer throughout the applicable vesting dates.
