On June 4, 2021, TS Innovation Acquisitions Corp. ("TSIA" and the former name of the Issuer) consummated an initial business combination (the "Business Combination") with Latch, Inc. The reporting person resigned as a director and officer of the Issuer upon consummation of the Business Combination.
