Explanation of Responses:

1. 1/48th of the shares underlying this option vest and become exercisable in substantially equal monthly installments on each monthly anniversary of February 25, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such vesting date. Not reported herein are performance-based options awarded to the Reporting Person on the same transaction date, which vest upon the achievement of certain performance criteria. As of the transaction date, the performance criteria for such performance-based options have not yet been satisfied.
