Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock") of Mondee Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") were sold on behalf of the Mondee Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Mondee Group"), pursuant to an underwritten offering of 5,250,000 shares of Common Stock that closed on June 9, 2023.

2. The Reporting Person is sole managing member of Mondee Group. As such, the Reporting Person has voting and investment discretion with respect to the shares of Common Stock held of record by Mondee Group, and may be deemed to have shared beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock held directly by Mondee Group.
