Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on February 26, 2024 (the "Original Filing"), is being amended to reduce the number of shares issuable upon exercise of the previously granted stock option (the "Award") to Laird Hamilton (the "Reporting Person"). A portion of the Award was made in error and, as a result, the Board of Directors of Laird Superfood, Inc. reduced the number of shares underlying the Award from 250,000 to 70,000.

2. This stock option vests as to 20% of the shares on each of the first five anniversaries of the grant date.
