Explanation of Responses:

1. Prior to the closing of the Business Combination (as defined below), the shares of Class B common stock of Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. ("FTAC") had no expiration date and were convertible into shares of FTAC Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, as described under the heading "Description of Securities-Founder Shares" in FTAC's registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-238135).

2. Represents shares of Class B common stock forfeited and surrendered to FTAC immediately prior to the closing of the Business Combination (as defined below) pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Sponsor Agreement, dated as of January 25, 2021, by and among FTAC , Alight, Inc. ("Alight"), Tempo Holding Company, LLC ("Tempo"), the Reporting Person and certain other parties thereto.

3. On July 2, 2021, in connection with the consummation of the business combination (the "Business Combination") among FTAC, Alight and Tempo, pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Business Combination Agreement, dated April 29, 2021, by and among Alight, FTAC, Tempo and certain other parties thereto, each share of Class B common stock of FTAC held by the Reporting Person automatically converted into one share of Class A common stock of Alight.

Remarks:

As of July 2, 2021, in connection with the consummation of the Business Combination, Alight became the successor issuer to FTAC (in each case, as defined in this report), and the Reporting Person resigned from the FTAC board of directors.
